The opening night for the performance took place in 2004.

In his “Letter to a hostage” Antuan de Sent Exupery  exclaims: “Respect to a human! Respect to a human!” Listening to the jingling voice of the Little Prince you begin understanding that in the noise of big cities, in the knacks of secret locks securing safes natural generosity in our hearts, sincerity in our looks, caring for our own planet’s purity have all died. One should not live as all the strange adults do…

“… These adults are strange creatures indeed! Nonsense seems important to them, but they just don’t notice the main thing. Instead of decorating their houses, cultivating their gardens, their planet they make wars, tyrannize other people, sear their brains with foolish numbers and amuse themselves with silly strangles, offense with their vanity the beauty of sunrises and sunsets, fields and sands. No, one should never live like that!”

Kindhearted Sent Exupery is sure that people should change their lives, he knows they are in need of pure water from deep wells, in need of jingle-bells of stars in the night sky, but they just stubborn and do not want to accept their need. Could it be that no “adult” is capable of understanding how important to be “be responsible for what you have tamed”? This is what the true story of the Little Prince from the Asteroid B-612 is about.

Antuan de Sent Exupery  is one of the most favorite and popular authors among the readers from all over the world. May be his popularity can be explained by the fact that people always want to be told how strong and beautiful they are – when it’s not only some flattery but  true belief that people are kind and beautiful by nature.
