On the 23th of January RF Meritorious actress Valentina Alexandrovna Stroganova celebrates her anniversary. On the 31st of January, 2010 her benefit performance in "The Transparent Apples" written by A.N. Ostrovsky will take place.

Valentina Alexandrovna Stroganova has been working in Saratov Kiselev Youth theatre since her graduation from Volkov Theatre Drama Studio in Yaroslavl in 1950.  

The actress took one’s stand in the theater ensemble. During the years of her work in the theatre she has played more than 100 various in genre, type and volume roles. Valentina Alexandrovna is the interlink of two theatres – the one that has already become a legend and the today’s, the contemporary one.

Her intelligence and amazing sincerity of feeling enable her to create detailed and deep characters. Her each role is sharpened and calibrated to the limit, which substantively enriches both the character and the onstage approach on the whole. Sincerity, kind humor, permanent fascination, bribing femininity, simplicity and distinctiveness of her characters – these are the most appealing features of the actress’s artistic gift.
