The terrible fire destroyed the historical building of Saratov Kiselev Youth Theater! While waiting for its restoration the theater launches the crowd funding to help revive its performances on the new stage.

Dear friends, our beloved and faithful spectators!

A terrible tragedy has befallen on us — the dear old house of Saratov Kiselev Youth Theater on Volskaya street has been burned down! No one was injured during this dreadful event even though fire started during the evening performance on the 2nd of October, two days before our theater’s 94th birthday. We will cherish in our hearts faith in future restoration of our historical building. But Kiselev Youth Theater is not only its building, it is the people who live and work in it and we will continue working for our audience regardless of all the hardships. In the eve of our theater’s 95th birthday it is our foremost duty to revive current theater repertoire in our new building. Most of the set, costumes and prop weren’t touched by fire and water but some of them that are essential for future theater work were lost…

We’re calling to everyone who cares about our theater’s fate — please help us in this difficult time. Please if you have such possibility help our theater to restore its performances.

You can transfer some money (only in Russian Rubles!) to our theater in the following way:

Legal persons through their accounts and natural persons via Sberbank terminals and Internet:

State Autonomous Cultural Institution «Saratov Academic Youth Theater named after Yu.P. Kiselev»
current account 40603810456004000013, tax reference number 6455008043
correspondent account 30101810500000000649, bank identification code 046311649
in the Branch No.8622 of Sberbank of Russia, Saratov
you should specify that the payment is for «charitable contribution for set, costumes and prop rennovation»

We’re grateful from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who will hear our request and help Saratov Youth Theater in this terrible time! And of course, come to the theater — to support us with your smiles and compassion to the great stories of love, kindness and beauty of a human soul! We’re looking forward to see you on our performances.

Sincerely yours,
Saratov Kiselev Youth Theater team
